DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLY SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE MOD. DECO-GLASS 260/520 Longitudinal silk-screen printing machine, complete with electronic regulation of the speed. The glass is conveyed on wide-section belt towards a centring position. These belts are driven by a stepper motor and ensure the perfect positioning of the piece without knocks or mechanical stress. A frontal device stops the glass in the longitudinal direction, automatically aligned to the top surface of the glass. A pneumatic mechanism is installed on the lateral guides in order to lock the glass in the printing position. The supporting surface can be independently adjusted both at the entrance and at the exit by means of 2 wheels which are connected to as many eccentric shafts. The squeegee-holder carriage moves in synchronism with the glass conveyor belts and it is possible to program the laying and the printing speed independently. The pressure of the 2 squeegees is regulated by a precision micrometrical electronic system. All the operations concerning size or thickness changes are carried out in a very short time thanks to the HMI installed on the machine. On the electric control board it is possible to set all the operating parameters as well as the other necessary parameters for the management of the machine. It is possible to visualise the state of sensors and photocells. A specific function of screen centring allows to see and check the piece fixed in the printing position by lifting the screen without realising the piece. The lateral guides on the entrance line and on the exit line are equipped with small plastic rollers helping the glass sliding in order to avoid frictions which could damage the sheet of glass. |
