LISEC transport unit 33/40 Pyrosil System 500 HE (Pyrosil application for UV Ink) LISEC transport unit 33/45S Primer Station 500 HE LISEC Transport Unit 33/68 LISEC transport unit 33/28 mobile Exhaust air system Pre-treatment LISEC system control 3500 x 7000 mm (138“ x 275”) The industrial LISEC production line is around 20 meters long and can be used in widths of up to 3500 mm x 7000 mm (138“ x 275”). Because the UV-curing inks are extremely durable even on non-absorbent substrates, it is now possible to print on all types of plastic, as well as wood, glass and acrylic. An automatic, industrial production line with a printing width of 350 cm was installed for glass finishing, as this was the only way to meet the high quality requirements for glass printing. An entire production line consists of cleaning flame treatment the primer and and the respective conveyor belts between the stations. receives the print jobs from the prepress department and controls the transport through the flame treatment and the primer. In the flaming station, the glass is flamed with an open flame in a continuous process. This improves the uniformity of the surface tension of the product, burns off residue or dirt that has not been removed during washing and improves the adhesion of the primer with silane gas. A buffer belt transports the glass into the primer station, where the adhesion promoter is sprayed onto the glass at high speed from four nozzles. The product then runs onto the long positioning belt, which serves as a buffer in front of the printing machine and at the same time aligns the glass at right angles in the exact XY direction for the printing machine. The electronic control system of the approximately 20-meter-long production line takes into account the format of the respective glass panes during flame treatment and priming and uses sensors to monitor their transport. and monitors their transportation with sensors. This means that the high printing speed of the presser can be optimally utilized by delivering the glass in good time for the next job. However, many print shops would often have problems with glass printing because cleaning, flaming and priming cannot be done cleanly and evenly enough manually and therefore produces expensive waste.
