3000 diameter 5800 mm usable length 15,5 bar 150°C 660 m³/h Scholtz autoclave (operating dimensions 3000*5800 mm) - thanks to an optimized air flow, the system ensures a guaranteed homogeneity of temperature in the entire loading area. The autoclave is a key point in the production of laminated glass. During the process, different layers of glass and special films are pressed together, thus, the air bubbles that might have existed after pre-lamination are pressed, resulting in a clear and transparent glass. The autoclave is a machine composed of steel and stainless steel, which includes a cooling station with treated water. The door opens manually, electrically, pneumatically and hydraulically. It operates at a pressure of 0-15 Bar. The whole process runs completely automatically and with great precision. |
