This kiln is designed for bending glass plates, and this process will be executed at a max. temperature of 620 ºC. The kiln itself can be operated up till temperatures of 800 ºC, above the temperature you get more wear onto the installed ceramic burners and isolation material. Fusing is a process which will be done at these temperature in these kilns. This kiln has programmable controller, with accuracy of +/- 2ºC. The kiln is a type GL25-15/600, with internal dimensions of 2.500(W) x 1.500 (L) x 600 (H) mm, 600 mm is internal effective working height, which is also the max. curve, which could be produced with this kiln. In this type of kiln, produces max. glass dimensions 2.000 x 1.000 mm, and up till 5 layers in one bending cycle. The outside dimensions are appr. 3.100(w) x 2.100(L) x 2.050(H) mm, We had this oven converted to Propane gas at the time. There are two undercarriages near the oven. So you can take turns loading/setting up. |
