I am also sending you a description of what we sent to Soft Tech, from whom we have not yet received a reply, as well as a description of the problem with the PLC. I'll forward Soft Tech's reply to you as soon as I receive it. Description: I am forwarding the information regarding the diagnosis of the WS-R 25 machine. I have sent this to Sigmatek Austria. The battery on the PS101 power module was faulty, so I replaced it, and then the main PLC CP112 switched to RUN mode. Currently, the Safety Controller SCP111 does not switch on and remains in service mode. The system reports that the cable at input 1 is disconnected because there is no communication between CP112 and SCP111. To address this, the LASAL software is required: https://www.sigmatek-automation.com/en/products/engineering-tool-lasal/ According to Sigmatek, this software is only available to system integrators. A contact from TOPTEH informed me that they also cannot get this LASAL software, only backups to load new software. I am currently waiting for a response from Sigmatek. In any case, to resolve this, we will need at least the LASAL Safety Designer (I believe this is integrated into the complete LASAL software package). |
