| Info: | Active size: the maximum glass size to be laminated is 2500x5000 mm.
Features: Laminating kiln for medium and big production. The kiln is for both flat and curved lamination, max. radius 500mm. The insulation is made of thick insulating fibre resisting up to 300°C. The kiln is equipped of two shelves that slide on rails and can be totally removed from the chamber. Vacuum: The vacuum area is made by Silikosoft bags and two Pbo28 oil-pumps connected to the bladders by single aspiration valves. Laminating Chamber: It is equipped of two fully removable shelves. The heat is provided by one set of lower and upper high temperature electric Incoloy tubular heating elements. This type of heating elements can resist to a temperature of 300°C. They have proven to have long life and do not release dust inside the chamber that needs to be kept clean. One thermo-sensor checks the heat uniformity inside the chamber. The chamber is ventilated by means of two fans installed in the back side of the kiln, to facilitate the heat distribution. Control: The process is controlled by one touch screen PLC 10 inches. This controller allows the memorization of the recipes and the visualization of the process trend. Each single function will be checked and displayed by the controller. The controller has some special function as remote starting and connection or disconnection of the vacuum pump to a due step or a certain time. Cooling down: At the end of the heating step, one air-escape door, lateral side of the kiln, automatically open, by means of piston, to facilitate the exit of the heat from the chamber The cooling down process can be also fastened by removing the shelves out from the chamber. Voltage: 400V/50Hz 3PH. Different voltage has to be required Handling: The machine is delivered with: . one lifting platform to facilitate the unloading of laminating glass from the shelves and the preparation of a new load. It helps the removing of the shelves. The platform has the same active size of the shelves.
